FITNESS THERAPY*
After a decade of enthusiastically participating in group fitness "from indoor cycling to yoga" I trained as a Mat Pilates and Barre instructor and developed my own personal fitness method. I call it Therapy.
Therapy* is a blend of HIIT (high intensity interval training) with Pilates and Barre moves. The 50 minute class includes a warm-up, stretching and Savasana cool-down. Therapy* is designed to build strength and endurance while lengthening large and small muscles.
The most important part of a Therapy* class is the way you feel at the end of the class - energized, relaxed, powerful and positive.
